Hilferuf in tiefster Verzweiflung: Bedrohung und Mord-Anschläge auf Mutter und Sohn nach Zeugenaussage in Hessen

“Waffe auf Sohn gerichtet”, Eine 60jährige Frau und ihr 36jähriger Sohn aus Hessen bitten in einem Radio-Interview dringend die U.S. Botschaft und die Botschaft von Israel zu verständigen – Wirtschafts-Kriminalität

Radio-Telefon-Interview: Zeugen schildern ihr Leid seit zehn Jahren nach einer Zeugenaussage (Produktion: “Zwei Zeugen, Teil 1, Zeugen-Aussage bei Radio TV IBS Liberty und ISMOT International Social And Medical Outreach Team, 63 Minuten).

Kassel. 15. September 2019 Nur wenige Wochen nach der Ermordung des Regierungspräsidenten von Kassel, Walter Lübcke (CDU), bangen weiterhin eine 60jährige Frau und ihr 36jähriger Sohn, eigenen Angaben in einem Radio-Interview zur Folge, in einer Kleinstadt mit 12.700 Einwohnern bei Kassel in Hessen um ihr Leben. Auf den Sohn der Mutter wurde eine Waffe gerichtet, erzählen Mutter und Sohn gemeinsam in einer Live-Radio-Aufzeichnung. Darüber hinaus wird auch von Maschinen-Pistolen berichtet, die private Bodyguards gezeigt haben sollen. Die Bedrohungen hätten bereits im Jahr 2009 nach einer Zeugenaussage bei einem Staatsanwalt in Kassel in Bezug zu schweren Straftaten eines Wirtschafts-Kriminellen begonnen, erklären die Frau und ihr Sohn.

Die Mutter und der Sohn wünschen sich, dass die Botschaft der U.S.A. und die Botschaft des Staates Israel verständigt werden, da es jüdische Verwandte in der Familie gibt.

In einem Radio-Telefon-Interview mit dem Titel “Zwei Zeugen, Öffentliche Zeugen-Aussage der Zeugen informieren die Mutter und ihr Sohn aus einer Kleinstadt bei Hessen vom 14. September 2019.  63 Minuten, informieren die bedrohten Zeugen über Bedrohungen und Mord-Anschäge. Die Informationen konnten bislang nicht näher geprüft werden.

Die 60jährige Frau, habe mit ihrem inzwischen geschiedenen Ehemann im Jahr 2009 bei einem Staatsanwalt in Kassel in Hessen eine dreistündige Zeugenaussage in Bezug zu schweren Straftaten zu einem bundesweit, bekannten Wirtschafts-Kriminellen gemacht.  Der 36jährige Sohn machte in Wiesbaden eine Zeugen-Aussage. Nach der dreistündigen Zeugen-Aussage brach das Leben der Zeugen und Familie kompett zusammen, erkärt die 60jährige Mutter im Interview.

Auf den Sohn habe man eine Waffe gerichtet. Wenig später kam es zu einem Ergebnis angeblicher “Personenschützer”, bewaffnet mit Maschinen-Pistolen in Hessen, die jedoch nicht für die Polizei sondern für kriminelle Kreise gearbeitet haben sollen. Im Jahr 2010 sei der Ehemann der 60jährigen in Hessen in einer Kleinstadt, 20 Kilometer von Kassel entfernt, spurlos verschwunden. Auf die Familie und Zeugen seien mehrere Mordanschläge verübt worden.

Der Staatsanwalt habe, laut öffentlicher Informationen und Zeugenaussagen der betroffenen Mutter und des Sohnes bei Radio TV IBS Liberty, ISMOT International Social And Medical Outreach Team, IFN International Family Network d734, Verrat an den Zeugen begangen und  soll, so die Erklärung der Mutter die Zeugen an den Wirtschafts-Kriminellen verraten haben.

Die Familie werde seit der Zeugen-Aussage beim Staatsanwalt, verfolgt und bedroht. Die Bedrohungslage dauere an. Neben dem Einsatz von Schuss-Waffen, das meint genauer das Richten einer Schusswaffe auf den Sohn, sei ein Giftanschlag auf die Familie und auf die Hunde der Familie erfolgt. Einer der Kleinhunde der Familie starb unter stärksten Qualen sechs Tage lang und ist nach dem Tod spurlos verschwunden, erzählt die Mutter im Radio-Interview. Mutter und Sohn bitten ausdrücklich die Botschaft der U.S.A. Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika und die Botschaft des Staates Israel zu verständigen.

Aufnahme in ein Zeugenschutz-Programm wurde versprochen

Die bedrohten Zeugen wollen Deutschland verlassen und ein neues Leben in den U.S.A. oder in Israel beginnen. Den Zeugen, das meint Mutter, inzwischen geschiedener Ehemann und Sohn hätten Mitarbeiter von der Inneren Sicherheit die Aufnahme in ein Zeugenschutz-Programm versprochen. Doch plötzlich seien die Personenschützer, die die Familie in Hessen schützen sollten verschwunden, das meint sie wurden abgezogen.

Ein Sicherheits-Mitarbeiter und Personenschützer habe unter Tränen mitgeteilt, dass die Daten und Beweise aus dem Computer der Inneren Sicherheit gelöscht wurden. Aus welchen Gründen das zugesicherte Zeugenschutz-Programm nicht durchgeführt wurde und stattdessen die Familie in die Obdachlosigkeit getrieben wurde, ist nicht näher bekannt, so die 60jährige Frau im Radio-Interview.

Laut Angaben der 60jährigen Mutter und des Sohnes habe der Staatsanwalt, der die Aussagen der Zeugen von schwerer Wirtschaftskriminalität,aufgenommen hat, den Zeugen “einen schönen Aufenthalt im Obdachlosenheim gewünscht” und soll  versucht haben die Zeugen zu nötigen, nicht als Zeugen auszusagen.

Ob die Angaben der 60jährigen Frau und des 36jährigen Sohnes stimmen, konnte bei der Produktion des Radio-Interviews nicht zweifelsfrei geprüft werden.

Update vom 18. September 2019: Nach knapp zwei Wochen intensiver Arbeit und Suche konnte der inzwischen, geschiedene Ehemann gefunden werden. Er konnte viele Informationen der 60jährigen Mutter und ihres 36jährigen Sohnes nicht bestätigen und machte andere Angaben zu seiner inzwischen geschiedenen Frau und dem Stief-Sohn, die von den Angaben der Mutter und ihres Sohnes teilweise abweichen. Eigenen Angaben zufolge, wünscht der seit 2015 geschiedene Ehemann keinen Kontakt mehr zu seiner früheren und inzwischen geschiedenen Frau. Wie am 18. September 2019 bekannt geworden ist, wurde der frühere Ehemann von seiner früheren Ehefrau im Jahr 2015 in Kassel geschieden und ist NICHT, wie von der 60jährigen Frau mehrfach geschildert “verschwunden”.  Die weiteren Angaben der 60jährigen Frau und ihres 36jährigen Sohnes konnten nicht bestätigt und auch nicht widerlegt werden.

In der Nacht des 15. März 2019 habe ich eine Petition für globale Abrüstung und für Frieden geschrieben und diese bei Avaaz.org veröffentlicht.

 

Nachdem ich diese Petition für globale Abrüstung und für Frieden bei Facebook geteilt habe, wurde gegen 6.00 Uhr am Morgen des 15. März 2019 mein Facebook Account kurzzeitig gesperrt und Facebook Inc., vertreten durch den CEO Mr. Mark Zuckerberg hat in der Schriftform schwere und NACHWEISBAR falsche Anschuldigungen gegen mich erhoben.

 

Daher informiere ich hiermit alle Behörden, alle Menschen in Deutschland, Europa, in der Welt, alle Vertreter von Presse, Medien, Radio, Fernsehen und Online-Medien und alle internationale Beobachter, weltweit und öffentlich.

 

1. Die öffentliche Petition für globale Abrüstung und für Frieden ist ausdrücklich kein Werk eines deutschen NAZIS, Neo-Nazis oder rechtextremen Extremisten oder sonstigen Extremisten. Diese und weitere Vorwürfe oder Verdachts-Momente sind NACHWEISBAR falsch, sofern diese Vorwürfe erhoben werden bzw. in der Vergangenheit bereits erhoben wurden, zum Teil auch öffentlich.
2. Richtig ist, dass mein Großvater, mütterlicherseits Hedi Sabaot, Französischer Offizier der regulären Französischen Armee im Zweiten Weltkrieg, 1945 und 1946 in Kaiserslautern, Rheinland-Pfalz stationiert war. Mein Großvater Hedi Sabaot war Französischer Offizier und Französischer Staatsbürger, welcher jedoch in Tunesien in Nord-Afrika, geboren wurden. Damit bin ich von Geburt an, genetisch / DNA-betrachtet, afrikanisch-europäischer Mensch und Bürger oder im rechtlichen Sinne möglicherweise sogar tunesisch-französisch-deutscher Mensch und Bürger, oder rein genetisch betrachtet tunesisch-deutscher und / oder afrikanisch-europäischer Mensch und Bürger wenngleich ich am 6. Februar 1968, in Ludwigshafen am Rhein in Deutschland geboren wurde und daher der berechtigte Verdachts-Moment auch aufgrund des deutsch-klingenden Namens „Klamm“ entstehen kann, dass ich nur, rein rechtlich betrachtet nur „deutscher Bürger“ sein könnte und damit mutmaßlicher Nachkomme von Nazi-Kriegs-Verbrechern oder mutmaßlichen Nazi-Kriegs-Verbrechern.
3. Bitte NICHT falsch verstehen. Da der andere Teil der Familie, in die ich hineingeboren wurde, tatsächlich deutsch ist, bin ich mir der besonderen Verantwortung und Last, die auf der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und Deutschland in der Folge des Ersten Weltkriegs, in der Folge des Zweiten Weltkriegs, in der Folge des Massenmordes an unschuldigen Menschen, in der Folge des Holocaust an Menschen jüdischen Glaubens, in der Folge von Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und schwerster Kriegsverbrechen lastet, bewusst und ich glaube auch daher, dass Deutschland und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland und alle Menschen ohne Ausnahme entsprechend des Grundgesetzes (vergleiche Text meiner öffentlichen Petition) eine besondere Verantwortung für Frieden in Deutschland, Europa und in der Welt tragen.
4. Es ist richtig, dass mein Stief-Großvater Joseph Kolacz, geboren in Polen ein SP Security Police Officer (Militär-Polizist) der Polish Devision der U.S. Armed Foreces Europe war, soweit ich die Informationen hierzu Dank der Regierung von Australien erhalten konnte.
5. Es ist richtig, dass meine Großmutter Marta Kolacz, geborene Maier, meinen Stief-Großvater Joseph Kolacz aus Polen heiratete, nach dem mein leiblicher Großvater, mütterlicherseits Hedi Sabaot, Französischer Offizier, offenbar 1946 nach Tunesien zurück versetzt wurde. Meine Großmutter Marta Kolacz hat 1950 Deutschland für immer verlassen und lebte mit meinem Stiefgroßvater Joseph Kolacz bis zum Tod in Melbourne, State of Victoria in Australien. Es darf daher vermutet werden, dass ich in eine multinationale Familie hineingeboren wurde und es multinationalen Bezug An dieser Stelle DANKE ich herzlichst öffentlich der Regierung von Australien für die Bereitstellung von Informationen zu meiner eigenen, leiblichen Großmutter Marta Kolacz (geborene Maier) und meinem Stief-Großvater Joseph Kolacz, Melbourne, State of Victoria, Australia.
6. Es ist richtig, dass ich meinen leiblichen Großvater, Hedi Sabaot, Französischer Offizier, 1945, im Zweiten Weltkrieg, seit 1984, seit meinem 16. Lebensjahr weltweit, in Radio, Fernsehen, alle sonstigen Medien, soweit mir noch zugänglich suche, da mir aus nicht näher bekannten Gründen von Behörden in Deutschland und Frankreich die Informationen zu meinem, leiblichen Großvater, Hedi Sabaot, Französicher Offizier a. D. NICHT mitgeteilt werden, trotz mehrerer Anfragen. Diese Information habe ich bei bis zu 100.000 Fernseh-Zuschauern bereits in den 1990er Jahren öffentlich mitgeteilt während Fernseh-Sendungen.
7. Es ist richtig, dass ich, wie bereits offiziell mehrfach mitgeteilt, als Journalist, Autor, Schriftsteller, Moderator, Musik- und Medien-Produzent arbeite und wirke, multinational und international, was ich vielen Behörden bereits auch mehrfach belegt habe, mittels NACHWEISEN in der Schriftform. Darüber hinaus bin ich seit 1986 Verleger und Herausgeber von British Newsflash Magazine. Seit 1984 habe ich 12 Bücher in deutscher und englischer Sprache veröffentlicht, mehrere Tausend Fotos veröffentlicht, 1000 Fernseh-Sendungen, eigene Produktionen veröffentlicht und mehrere Hundert Radio-Sendungen. Mit dem Namen Andreas Klamm-Sabaot habe ich insgesamt fünf, komplette Musik-Alben je 12 bis 14 Liedern und 74 Musik-Singles also einzelne Lieder veröffentlicht, die weltweit erhältlich sind unter anderem bei Deezer, Spotify, Amazon, Microsoft Groove, etc. Themen-Schwerpunkte: Frieden
8. Es ist richtig, dass ich nicht nur für die Tageszeitungen Die Rheinpfalz, (Ludwigshafen) TAGESPOST, (Speyer), Morgenpost (Speyer), Wochenblatt Mannheim (Mannheim), ddp Deutscher Depeschen Dienst / SAT1ProSieben Medien-Gruppe, eine Vielzahl weiterer Medien tätig war, sondern auch für die Antifaschistische Zeitung Karussell-Gegenwind (Erfurt, Thüringen). Da einer meiner Artikel und Beiträge zum Thema Menschenrechte beim Versand von einer Staatsanwaltschaft „angehalten“ wurde und ich darauf hin auch von einem Rechtsanwalt angerufen wurde, vermute ich, dass die Behörden in Deutschland schon seit vielen Jahren bestens informiert sind.
9. Ich bin Mitglied der Partei DIE LINKE und kandidiere auf Listen-Platz 7 für die Partei DIE LINKE für die Kreistags-Wahlen im Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis.
10. NACHWEISBAR bin ich NICHT Mitglied einer deutschen, nationalsozialistischen oder rechtsextremistischen Terror-Organisation.
11. Nachweisbar bin ich seit dem Jahr 2016 als global citizen mit Urkunde in Schweden registriert.

13. Die heftigen und drastischen Reaktionen seitens der Facebook Inc., vertreten durch Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, vom 15. März 2019 auf die Verbreitung einer öffentlichen Petition an den Deutschen Bundestag für globale Abrüstung und für Frieden, waren in dieser Form nebst den schriftlichen Anschuldigungen, die dokumentiert wurden im Vorfeld sicher NICHT zu erwarten. Die zuständigen Behörden, Polizei, Staatsanwaltschaft erhalten hierzu weitere Dokumente und die Medien-Vertreter erhalten die weiteren Medien- und Presse-Informationen. Natürlich ist es bekannt, dass mittels anonymer oder mittels, falscher Anschuldigungen, der Ruf betroffener Menschen schwer geschädigt werden kann, eine Inhaftierung, Zwangs-Kriminalisierung oder auch eine Zwang-Psychiatrisierung mit einfachsten Mitteln herbei geführt werden kann, vergleiche den Fall Gustav Mollath oder auch Jörg Kachelmann und andere, geschädigte Menschen falscher Anschuldigungen.
14. Soweit mir bekannt, stellt das friedliche Engagement für globale Abrüstung und für Frieden KEINE bislang, bekannte Straftat dar.
15. Weitere öffentliche Inkenntnis-Setzungen, Mitteilungen und Pressemitteilungen folgen, sobald wie möglich.
16. Es ist richtig, dass ich beim G8 Gipfel in Heiligendamm im Jahr 2007, in Deutschland einer von 4.700 offiziell, akkreditierten Journalisten, Reporter und Foto-Journalisten war. Zeugen: Beamtinnen und Beamte des BKA Bundeskriminalamtes in Wiesbaden, Deutschland, die das Foto für den G8 Gipfel Presse-Ausweis gemacht haben und mich vor Einlass in das G8 Gipfel Presse-Zentrum mehrfach kontrollierten. Zudem wurde ich auch während des G8 Gipfel mehrfach von Beamten und Beamtinnen des BKA und der unterschiedlichen Polizei-Vertreter kontrolliert. Weitere Zeugen: Bundeskanzlerin Dr. Angela Merkel, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Kanada, Präsident Vladimir Putin, Präsident der Russischen Förderation, und weitere Staats- und Regierungs-Chefs, da ich so wohl Fotos als auch Fernseh-Aufnahmen auch während der Presse-Konferenzen beim G8 Gipfel in Heiligendamm im Jahr 2007 produziert habe.
17. Der Facebook Inc. ist bekannt, dass ich als Journalist, Autor, Schriftsteller,  Moderator, Verleger, Herausgeber, Musik- und Medien-Produzent international und multinational tätig bin, da ich bereits mehr als 10mal alle Kopien meiner Presse-Ausweise, Nachweise als Verleger und Herausgeber an die Zentrale der Facebook Inc. in den U.S.A. und in Irland senden musste. Zudem gehen diese Informationen auch aus meinen öffentlichen Veröffentlichungen hervor. Doch Facebook hatte mehrfach offenbar den Wunsch meine Presse-Ausweise und Ausweise zu überprüfen, obgleich meine Daten beim BKA Bundeskriminalamt in Wiesebaden und bei der Bundesregierung in Berlin gespeichert sind.
18. Es kann als schwerwiegende Ehr-Verletzung besonders schwerer Art betrachtet und verstanden werden, wenn die noch lebenden Nachkommen eines Französischen Offiziers, Hedi Sabaot, der im Jahr 1945 gegen das Nazi-Regime im Dienst für die reguläre Französische Armee kämpfte, mein leiblicher Großvater, in den Verdacht oder General-Verdacht gestellt werden, Nazi-Verbrecher oder Neo-Nazi-Verbrecher, rechtsextreme Extremisten oder Terroristen zu sein. 19. Da ich nachweisbar erst am 6. Februar 1968 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rheinland-Pfalz in Deutschland geboren wurde, Paris in Frankreich wäre schöner gewesen, konnte ich an den schwersten Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und Kriegsverbrechen, die vom Nazi-Terror-Regime und von der Deutschen Wehrmacht in den Jahren von 1933 bis zur bedingungslosen Kapitulationen am 8. Mai 1945 begangen wurden, NACHWEISBAR NICHT beteiligt sein.
20. Es ist richtig, dass ich für den Feind-Staat Bundesrepublik Deutschland / Deutschland, laut U.N. United Nations / Vereinte Nationen, war oder ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland / Deutschland so genannter Feindstaat gegenüber allen Mitgliedern der United Nations, Vereinten Nationen, der Besatzungs-Mächte, dazu zählt auch Frankreich und gegenüber der Siegermächte, in den Jahren 1988 und 1989 nicht ganz freiwillig, für die Deutsche Bundeswehr-Luftwaffe, III. Luftwaffen-Ausbildungs-Regiment, Germersheim, Rheinland-Pfalz als wehrplichtiger Soldat, als Luftwaffen-Sicherungs-Trupp-Soldat, als Stabsdienst-Soldat und als Rechnungsführer, als so genannter „Staats-Bürger in Uniform“ für 15 Monate tätig war, zu einem Wehrsold im Monat, für den keiner von Ihnen auch nur eine Stunde arbeiten würde. Die Bundeswehr ist im Vergleich zur Französischen Armee und zu den Russischen Streitkräften sehr schlecht ausgestattet und muss zum Teil mit nicht Einsatz-tauglichen Mitteln und Gerät arbeiten und wirken. Dies ist DANK Medien-Berichten öffentlich, weltweit bekannt. Da Bundeswehr-Einsätze und große Truppenverlegungen extrem Klima-schädlich und in der Regel nicht CO2-neutral sind, sollte dies vielleicht aus Klima-neutraler, Natur- und Klimaschutz-freundlicher Betrachtungsweise als ein Geschenk betrachtet werden, wenn die CO2-Belastungen, etc. durch NICHT-Einsatz-Fähigkeit des Geräts der Truppe auf wundersame Weise verringert werden können.

Ludwigshafen am Rhein, 15. März 2019

Der Deutsche Bundestag möge beschließen:

Sofortige Einberufung einer Konferenz für globale, multinationale, internationale und weltweite Abrüstung und für Frieden, Dialog, Verständigung und Versöhnung, virutell, online und soweit erforderlich und möglich auch an realen Orten (Berlin, Hamburg, weitere Städte)

Begründung

Die in vielen Medien berichteten Pläne für globales Hochrüsten und Wettrüsten einiger Mächte und Supermächte sind kontraproduktiv und schaden allen Menschen, Tieren, Natur, Umwelt und Klima. Gefahren-Abwehr, multinational, international, weltweit und global.

U.N. General-Sekretär Antonio Guterres, United Nations (Vereinte Nationen) erklärte bereits am 11. September 2018 im Zusammenhang mit einer drohenden Eskalation in Syrien, dass es “Keine militärischen Lösungen gibt. Es gibt nur politische Lösungen.”

Ich erlaube mir zu ergänzen als Enkel-Sohn des Französischen Offiziers Hedi Sabaot, Offizier der regulären Französischen Armee im Zweiten Weltkrieg im Jahr 1945.: “Es gibt keine militärischen Lösungen für die bestehenden Konflikte in der Welt. Es gibt nur politische, juristische, friedliche und diplomatische Lösungen zur Bewältigung und Aufarbeitung der bestehenden Konflikte in Deutschland, Europa und in der Welt.”

Daher bitte ich und fordere ich die Einleitung einer multinationalen, internationalen, weltweiten und globalen Abrüstungs-Initiative, statt eines neuen Hochrüstens- und Wettrüstens. Deutschland, Europa und die Welt können sich die Gefahren des Einsatzes chemischer, biologischer und atomarer Kampfstoffe und Waffen beim besten Willen nicht leisten. Die finanziellen Budgets aller Militär-Haushalte sollten weltweit und in allen Nationen deutlich und spürbar reduziert werden.

Die Herausforderung der Gefahren, die durch Natur- Umwelt- und Klima-Katastrophen und durch sehr ernste und schwerwiegende Probleme im Bereich der sozialen Sicherheit und sozialen Gerechtigkeit drohen, erfordern unsere volle Aufmerksamkeit und die Ausstattung mit ausreichenden, finanziellen Mitteln. Ein militärisches Hochrüsten und Wettrüsten in der Welt steht den zuvor genannten Herausforderungen kontraproduktiv gegenüber.

Statt die finanziellen Budgets für den militärisch-industriellen Komplex und für militärische Projekte und Etats hochzufahren, sollten vor allem in den Bereichen Bildung, Pflege, Medizin, Gesundheit, Wissenschaft, Forschung, soziale Sicherheit, soziale Gerechtigkeit, sozialer Frieden, Digitalisierung, Natur- Umwelt- Tier- und Klimaschutz und Infrastruktur die finanziellen Budgets hochgefahren werden, das meint deutlich erhöht werden. Ich bitte daher und fordere aus diesen und weiteren, wichtigen Gründen die sofortige Einleitung einer internationalen, multinationalen, weltweite und globalen Initiative für globale Abrüstung, Frieden, Versöhnung und Verständigung.

Nachdem Deutschland im Ersten Weltkrieg und im Zweiten Weltkrieg in besonderer Weise daran beteiligt war, dass Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und schwerste Kriegsverbrechen nach Europa und in die Welt getragen wurden, wünsche ich mir und sehe ich eine besondere Verpflichtung und historische Verantwortung, dass Deutschland und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland die sofortige Initiative für internationale, multinationale, globale und weltweite Abrüstung in Deutschland, Europa und in der Welt ergreift, ins Leben ruft und durchführt im Beispiel mit der Einrichtung einer permanenten, virutellen, Online-Konferenz für Abrüstung, Frieden, Verständigung und Versöhnung an der nicht nur möglichst viele Staats- und Regierungschefs, sondern auch möglichst viele Menschen und Aktivisten für Frieden aus aller Welt sich beteiligen können sollten, online und als Internet-Konferenz auch deshalb um die beschlossenen Klimaschutz-Ziele durch Bahn- Auto- und Flugreisen nicht ständig zu gefährden. Virutelle Video- Gesprächs und Online-Konferenzen im Internet erlauben eine multinationale, internationale, weltweite und globale Zusammenarbeit für Abrüstung, Frieden, Verständigung, Dialog und Versöhung. Grundlagen unter anderem bilden auch Artikel 1 des Grundgesetzes: (1) Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar. Sie zu achten und zu schützen ist Verpflichtung aller staatlichen Gewalt.(2) Das Deutsche Volk bekennt sich darum zu unverletzlichen und unveräußerlichen Menschenrechten als Grundlage jeder menschlichen Gemeinschaft, des Friedens und der Gerechtigkeit in der Welt. (3) Die nachfolgenden Grundrechte binden Gesetzgebung, vollziehende Gewalt und Rechtsprechung als unmittelbar geltendes Recht. und Präambel des Grundgesetzes für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland – Zitat – “Grundgesetz, Präambel, Im Bewußtsein seiner Verantwortung vor Gott und den Menschen, von dem Willen beseelt, als gleichberechtigtes Glied in einem vereinten Europa dem Frieden der Welt zu dienen, hat sich das Deutsche Volk kraft seiner verfassungsgebenden Gewalt dieses Grundgesetz gegeben.

 

2 Die Deutschen in den Ländern Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein und Thüringen haben in freier Selbstbestimmung die Einheit und Freiheit Deutschlands vollendet. 3 Damit gilt dieses Grundgesetz für das gesamte Deutsche Volk.”,  Ende des Zitates aus dem Grundgesetz.

The German Bundestag may decide:

 

Immediate Convening of a Conference for Global, Multinational, International and Global Disarmament and for Peace, Dialogue, Understanding and Reconciliation, Virtual, Online and as required and possible in real locations (Berlin, Hamburg, or may other Cities) rational.

 

The plans reported for many in the media global upgrading and arms race of some governmental and other power and super powers are counterproductive and harm all people, animals, nature, environment and climate. Danger-repelling, multinational, international, worldwide and global. U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, United Nations (United Nations), said on 11 September 2018, in the context of an impending escalation in Syria, that “There are no military solutions, there are only political solutions.”

 

I allow myself as a grandson son of the French officer Hedi Sabaot, officer of the regular French army in World War II in 1945, supplemented: “There are no military solutions to existing conflicts in the world. There are only political, legal, peaceful and diplomatic solutions to deal with and deal with existing conflicts in Germany, Europe and the world.” Therefore, I ask and call for the launching of a multinational, international, global and global disarmament initiative, rather than a new upgrade and arms race. Presented annually in Stockholm at a ceremony in the Swedish Parliament, the Right Livelihood Award is usually shared by four recipients. One of them may receive an Honorary Award, given to a person or group whose work the Jury wishes to recognize but who is not primarily in need of monetary support. The others share the prize money of 2,000,000 Swedish kronor (approximately USD 310,000). The prize money is for ongoing successful work, never for personal use.

The media is sometimes called the fourth power in a democracy. But in many countries of the world such as for example Germany, Iran, Iraq, China, North Korea and many others the media is today no longer willing or able to play this role. Instead it defers to commercial and political interests, thus eroding democracy and destroying elementary and fundamental vital parts of a democracy such as the freedom the press, liberty, peace, free speech and justice.

Democracy Now! – Facts and figures

Democracy Now! is the fastest growing independent news program in the United States of America . The educational program is now syndicated to more than 700 radio and TV, satellite and cable TV networks in North America reaching millions of people worldwide.

Democracy Now! is produced by seven producers, 20 full-time and 15 paid part-time staff as well as many volunteers. The murder and killing of independent journalists fighting for liberty and democracy

Not all journalists which do publish alternative and independent reports do receive an award. Many of these journalists instead of receiving awards have been murdered. According to the Committee to Protect Journalist in 2008, 33 journalists have been killed. In 2007 according to information in the USA a number of 67 journalists have been killed.

The International Press Institute in Europe knows already about 37 journalists which been murdered in the year 2008. In the years 2007 93 journalists have been killed according to the International Press Institute.

Reporters without borders knows about the death of 34 journalists in 2008 while 126 journalists are imprisoned. About so called 93 “cyber dissidents” and 9 media assistant staff do serve in prison for simply speaking out a part of the truth for laboring for liberty, democracy and peace.

Andreas Klamm, (born February 6, 1968 in Ludwigshafen) is an French – German broadcast journalist, author, news correspondent, reporter, editor, director, independent television, radio, film producer since 1984.

He was a former student in nursing management in 2003 and 2004 with the Protestant University of Applied Science for social and public health care in Ludwigshafen, Germany. He has not continued to study because of special circumstances which have taken the chances to study.

He is also of the founder of several international alternative media associations, of three companies in Germany and in the United Kingdom and of two international magazines. In 1986 he has founded British Newsflash Magazine est. 1986 and in 2008 he has founded in association with Reverend Yawovi Nyonata the internationa mission news magazine MJB Mission NEWS, ISSN 1999-8418, in Togo, West-Africa.

== Multicultural and international background ==

The journalist and author is a descendant of a French citizen and former French Army officer, Mr. Haedi Sabaot, which has been stationed in 1945 in Germany. His grandmother, Mrs. Martha Kolacz has left for political reason and because of persecution by people which have been influenced with the Nazi doctrine, in 1950 Germany for ever and has changed her citizenship from the German citizenship into the Australian citizenship.

In 1950 Mrs. Martha Kolacz which has been in love and friendship with the French Army officer Mr. Haedi Sabaot has become in the city of Melbourne, in the state of Victoria an Australian citizen and has married in Australia another man, Mr. Kolacz from Poland, a former Security Police Officer (SP) which was working for the Polish Devision of the U.S. Armed Forces in Europe in 1945.

Because of his multi-cultural family background he is in many times “…not thinking as a German citizen but as an international citizen or as an citizen of this world…”, he stated many times even on his radio and television programs.

His father, Manfred Klamm (born on April 10, 1944) a former fire fighter has passed away on February 4, 2000 after a car accident. His mother used to work in the medical field and for a federal German institution in Germany. He has one older and one younger sister.

Since 1984 he is traveling to other countries, such as Beligium, France, Spain, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, England and the United Kingdom and seeking co-operation for the radio and television productions with people from many different countries.

Andreas Klamm is able to speak and write the German and English language. Besides this language skills he has taken courses in French, Greek and Latin.

Career as journalist, author, broadcasting host, founder of independent media, news correspondent, reporter – a very short and brief description of some works.

When he was a teenager Andreas Klamm has started after participating some couple of weeks with a basic and practical training of journalism with the editorial offices of the regional newspaper “Die Rheinpfalz” in Ludwigshafen am Rhein to work as journalist.

His basic skills and knowledge about journalism he has received from the female journalist Christina Osterwald, which was working for the newspaper “Die Rheinpfalz” in the German city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein.
He has participated a course for broadcast journalist held by journalist Ulrich Wickert (ARD, Tagesthemen).

After he completley has servered the entire forced military service with the German Air Force, for 15 months form 1988 to 1989, the author and journalist has written to the military council of the German Air Force and has requested NOT to be forced to participate any kind of war for the country of Germany as a solider in 1989 for reason of faith, believe, religion, political reason and of conscience. The German military council has refused to accept the request not to participate any kind of war.

Diagnosed with cancer – but diagnosis is not certain

In 2003 the journalist and author was diagnosed thorugh his former physician with the possibility that he may suffers from cancer of a quite unusual kind. The diagnosis has not got proven but also no excluded. The search for a possible cancer is not possible because access to medical treatment and even access to dentists for the journalist is since 18 months not possible.

== Danger for life, isolation, torture and abuse of human rights ==

He declared in several public speeches and on radio and television that he wants not to die in Germany and neither wants to be buried in Germany. He has declared that he wants to travel to the United States of America, may live and work in the U.S.A. for some while and may be buried in the United States of America.

Because access to medical treatment of any kind is not possible to the author and journalist with is officially physically disabled a lot of negative impact for the health situation of the journalist and author have taken place.

He is living and working under LOW- and even NO-budget conditions. The journalist and nurse (R.N., RGN) has stated in the public if he will not soon be allowed to leave Germany the danger that he might die, because there is no chance for medical treatment in Germany is great. He has also declared that he wants to see his medical doctor in London, United Kingdom.  Since 2006 his place where he prefers to live is the city of London, as a 2nd choice as long he has to wait to get access to the United States of America. He prefers to live, work “…and to die as late as possible…” in the United States of America.

An international observer from a human rights organization in Canada has told the journalist, that he might be a victim of torture.  She offered some kind of help to leave Germany as soon as possible but because of special circumstance related to friends of the family of his mother the journalist was not ready to leave in spring 2008.

Answering the question how is going to survive without the possibilty of medical treatment of any kind or even without access to a dentist in Germany the author and journalist has answered: “…every day I have to pray before the Holy G-D of Israel and the Messiah…, some people, friends and even people which could be called enemies have been so kind to provide so pharmaceutical supplies or medication which I do need after three serious accidents which have happened in 1994, 1995 and 1996. In such very difficult times it is a real challenge to trust upon the Holy G-D of Israel and the Messiah that HE will take care of the certain needs. If I would not have the faith and believe that the Holy G-D of Israel and the Messiah do exsist I would be already dead.  This is not about religion, this is a statement in concern of faith and believe. For some reason I do believe that religion can not save a man or a woman. Through grace I do know that faith and believe can save a woman or a man.

As I do have no money for an attorney this is all I can do in concern of the issue medical treatment and access to a dentist. After all what happened I want to see only my medical doctor in London in the United Kingdom or a Jewish medical doctor in New York City in the United States of America.  It is a though situation to be isolated from friends in New York City or in the U.S.A.

Recently I have produced an interview with a victim which is held in an isolation camp in Germany. Perhaps you are able to understand that I do know very well about the issues this man was talking about. Torture is a serious thing and I am against torture, many people do know this. Every day I have to ask the Holy G-D of Israel and the Messiah to help me to go through this very dangerous situation. It is sad that so many people do know very well how to kill other people but do not know or perhaps might be not willing to save the life of people which are in serious danger.”.

Several people have signed  a petition and requested political asylum for the author and journalist Andreas Klamm in the United States of America or as an alternative in the United Kingdom.
